They replaced a long gas line and were fast and thorough. Everyone involved was so respectful and courteous and stayed late to finish the job. I will definitely use them for my plumbing needs in the future.

This last freeze left a leak in our foundation. Ive posted in NextDoor and here in FB: The good thing is we called Total Plumbing in Decatur - they needed to find the hidden leak, which took a day. In rain, cold, they found it and another day to fix the problem, including a very neat hole in our patio. We asked them back to change the line to our refrigerator because their work was so professional, their technicians so kind, prompt and purposeful, and their estimates not only in reason, but accurate. I have them in my Contacts as the only plumbers to call. That number is 940-627-4445. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service!! They know what they're doing. Started to move washer so he could cut into wall to find leak and then he asked if there was a water heater closet. We'll "duh" on my part. It is outside off of laundry room on back deck! Glad he asked before getting started! Did great job in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again should the need arise.
