If only 1 person is working, walk-ins can interrupt the massage so I would definitely call to schedule your appointment. The English isn't the best so patience is a necessity. I've read some reviews saying they are rude but that's definitely not on the ladies at M&H, probably a customer not understanding the culture. I like more pressure and they always ask either way. I have trouble with my left shoulder and no matter who it is they will focus on that and I feel much better after. Price is the same as everywhere else I've checked so it's nice to get a good massage close to home.“
