Front desk staff is unprofessional. I was a new patient...tried to get an appt for over a month. Was told Dr on vacation, bring paperwork filled out and we will call you for your appt. Never received a call. I went in person to schedule, lady at front desk acted irritated that I was even there. Was told they would call...again, no call. I waited two weeks still no callI called back, they didn't have all my information complete in their system, so I had to give it again. Appointments were available But they couldn't see me for another month, I was told that I should have called...what!! A wonderful, intelligent doctor who explains things clearly and patiently. Dr. Patel considers all factors before making a diagnosis. The staff is always very polite and helpful.All in all I would give 10 stars if I could:)

My husband & I both saw Dr Patel. We could not be more pleased with his staff and him. Wait was minimal. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Patel explained things to my husband in a way he could understand . He gave him some helpful info that he really needed about some of his diagnoses. If I could give his office 10 stars, I would . I was in the medical field for 20 years and I am very particular about my healthcare providers. It is a small practice, not affiliated with any group. Because of this reason, they do have a $30 charge if you are a no show or cancel the same day as your appointment.
