Very very bad. They had open house and did a terrible job. Dirty countertop, uncleaned fridge, dusty shelf and dirty carpet.Really disappointed. I rang and text and got nothing. No refund or anything. Luckily I managed to file a dispute on my credit.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This is the worst service I have ever had. I requested a deep cleaning because we had had a major renovation on the bottom floor of our house. There was a layer of dust on every single thing in our home, and this was discussed prior to cleaning. To begin they were three hours late and not one person could speak English. The estimate for the job was about three hours and they were telling me they were done after about 30 minutes. When I went to check, I realized that all I had done was wipe down the center of countertops and vacuum in the middle of floors. There was still dust on top of everything. When I pointed it out, we ended up having to call the home office where I was treated as if I was bothering them. They spoke to the head cleaning person and she went back with her team to clean some more. After 10 minutes, they said they were done, which, of course the house was still a mess. I went through the same process two more times and then they left. They had only done about 30% of the work I was promised. I then received an invoice and two reminders to pay within 12 hours of an unfinished job. I asked to speak with someone about the bill, and all they did was take a little bit off and send me a new invoice. Do not use this service!

Wish I could give 0!! 2.5 hours late with no call or text and a joke of a deep clean. Leaves from a flower plant were literally left on the counter and not cleaned up. Puddles of water left everywhere. Had to finish the deep clean BUT had the time since I took off work for this:)
