I normally tear up and don't enjoy threading but I was in no pain here and it was so quick and done so well. The chairs move back and recline and are very comfortable. I'm sad I don't live in Dallas and just visiting but it was great

Have been here before twice and was very satisfied. But this last time there was a different woman there who did not speak a word of English, so how are you supposed to tell her what you want done and how you want your eyebrows shaped?She didn’t do a very good job and I had to come home and pull a few hairs myself. She also didn’t use scissors to shape and cut the long hairs as the previous woman did. All the boss does is stand at the register and collect money. He doesn’t move from that spot. They move so fast. It seems like they take less than five minutes to do your brows before they Do the next person.

Wink is open for business. I was very curious how they were going to operate with the face covering rule. They somehow attach the thread that used to be put in the mouth is now on a device around their neck. I went in and they did awesome as usual. I felt very safe. They only allow two people waiting inside and I had to wait a few minutes outside. They are only offering eyebrows and foreheads. Nothing on the rest of the face that would require you to remove your mask.
