Thank you Connie & WRAH for the IV Solution for my dog 17 year old Lola. I urgently needed it and was unable to make it to her vet quickly enough. Connie went above and beyond & realized I had injected air in my original bag which is a big NO NO. (Leads to contamination) She attached the tube to the IV bag so I would not have to use a syringe & risk contamination. Connie took time to explain how to use the tube. I am grateful to Connie & WRAH for helping me out & showing much compassion.
We recently boarded our dog here for a mandated quarantine, which has been an incredibly stressful and emotional experience for us. The staff truly understood how difficult it was and went above and beyond to make both our dog and us feel as comfortable as possible with the situation. They accommodated his diet requirements without hesitation and made sure he was well cared for during his stay.
Everyone we interacted with was extremely thoughtful, friendly, and clearly passionate about animals. These are truly people who love pets and understand the bond between dogs and their owners. We are so grateful for their compassion and care during such a challenging time.

So glad I found White Rock Animal Hospital. My vet retired and I didn't want to go back to Katy Trail as they are VCA now. My neighbors recommended White Rock and I'm SO glad I found them. They have really helped with my older Golden and my 3-month old puppy. Not having to do an appointment REALLY works out well-I thought it might be a problem, but turns out it's just the opposite.
