If there was a way to make negative stars this would be it. The story that I have is so traumatic and long I just don’t have the energy after dealing with these invalids all day to even go into detail…., but run just run please save yourself the pain and agony. My husbands and I experience is just an absolute nightmare. After purchasing our vehicle on the 7th of November everything has been horrible your designated “person” never answers your calls. I finalized my car on 9/29 and still don’t have my car. Each day I call it’s another 8 to 17 days. Or something went wrong. Online car shopping supposed to be easy. honestly would have been easier going to a dealership

Started my process of purchasing a vehicle on 12/16, it took a week to get financing approved. Signed all my documents & finished the rest of the down payment. Also sent in all proof that they asked for on 12/23. Never heard anything from them, so I kept calling. Finally after 2 weeks they finally let me know what the issue was. I immediately straightened it out & then had my paperwork via FedEx to sign the next day & send back. Which was done the next day. Today is 1/26 & my vehicle is supposed to be delivered.
