Absolutely love this team. I and my dog Tess have been coming here for ten years. The love they had for my dog from the team, the service and explaining everything to me, the cost (especially as my dog was very sick), and the support on her passing, has been amazing. I have recommended this practice to everyone I know. Highly, highly recommend.

Dr. Gutierrez is a life saver and so very kind. Not only has she reassured me in two different visits that my cat Jack was in good hands she also is just inherently reassuring. Special shout out to Adam the tech for handling my boy with gentle hands. And also shout out to Brenda and Jessica who were also very kind and extremely professional in dealing with me in my not so happy state. I was a mess and everyone at this clinic made me feel better. Thank you everyone, keep up the AMAZING work.

I am so happy with the services at VCA Bent tree. Everyone is so nice and patient with all the questions my husband and I have as Snoopy is our first puppy. Dr kimball is so great with him and always listens to the least concerns we might have. Andrea also is amazing and she also happens to be Snoopy’s trainer( the best) which makes our visits happy visits. We like that there are 3 doctors on site so in case of an emergency, we know we will be in good hands. I also want to mention the girls at the reception who are supper nice and are always greeting us by name as soon as we walk in
