i went there this morning, dont know why people give this place a bad rap ?? im here to say that every person i encountered was frendly, helpfull, and i felt like they were very professional. i felt like a person ,not a number ! .i came looking for help i couldn't get from my own doctor. i was in and out in less than 1 hr. so yall keep on doin what you do,,the right way !! . guess some people are hard to please.. if i ever need help again ,i will come here first ! thanks for letting me share.
First time coming to WISH Clinic. Doctor Heather was very kind and listened to my needs/concerns. The staff was also very polite and friendly. I had no issues. They do close at 5pm on Saturdays and have extensive wait times just like the ER though.
Great if you don't have insurance just because of their medicaid. If you have insurance do not waste your time here. No sense of urgency, wait times are ALWAYS 10+ hours due to it being a county hospital. You will not see a doctor until you get in your room. Not even a simple tylenol in the waiting room. No sympathy.
