When my grandmother passed away I had no idea what to do and felt so overwhelmed. I looked up 3 different funeral homes for cremation and TLC was so quick to respond and they were so nice to talk to. The pricing is easily explained. They tell you exactly what you're paying for and don't have any hidden fees or anything. They made the process so easy. She passed away so sudden my family and I didn't have the money on hand and wouldn't have it until 4 days later. So I called the hospital and asked them to please keep my grandmother in the morgue until we were able to pay the funeral home we chose (TLC Cremation).
