This would have been my first time to go to this nail salon you was recommended to me because they're a little bit more reasonable price wise I spent extra money on transportation to get there because I do not drive I called on Friday to make a reservation or appointment I was told to be there at 11 I was there at 10:30 nobody was there the lock was on the door I waited for almost an hour and a half when I finally got them to answer the phone she tells me I'm sorry I forgot to call you and tell you I have a doctor's appointment I had to wait on my ride because I ride DART had to wait on my ride at 12:30 steelhead just open the door I didn't have time to get my nails done...read full review

I stumbled in here today and was very dissappointed. The envrionment is cluttered and needs cleaning. I decided to give it an opportunity by starting off with a basic manicure. The lady was nice and talked a lot but I think its important (while doing all that talking) to find out what my needs are to ensure they are met. Most of these Asian nail shops don't do this!!! My nails were not clean to my satisfaction. I still had old polish in my cuticles and underneath my coat of clear polish. I decided to get a pedicure for convenience and to support there business. I learned after the fact that the manucurist doing my pedicure was new. He didn't know where anything was and rushed. As a licensed cosmetologist I had to guide him in nipping my cuticles etc. He basically seemed like he wanted to wash my feet, massage it with lotion and paint it. Mind you I am a very simple person. I will tell you what I like done but leave you the professional to perfect your craft. FAIL! My pedicure and manicure was over $50. When you have a first time client, your objective is to offer them the best service so they return. Customer service a 2 and technical service a 1. P.S. I just hate it when some foreigners act like they don't know engish as an excuse.
