I have been suffering from Alopecia and I needed someone to cut my hair in a style that would allow me to feel comfortable without adding weave to cover the thinning. Marcus was an angel. I was feeling embarrassed, sad, and afraid to wear my own hair. Marcus was so amazing he made me feel like it wasn't that bad. He treated my hair with a deep conditioner and steam treatment. Marcus took his time and cut my hair so perfect. He worked with me by asking me what I wanted to achieve long term. I love my hair and he did exactly what I asked. I cannot express how heartbreaking it is to lose your hair. Marcus was very empathetic and made me feel so much better about my hair, I really appreciate his patience and kindness. The staff was also very very friendly and accommodating, the shop was very clean and they took precautions to clean the seating area with disinfectant. They even took the time to reschedule my next appointment. Excellent customer service.

This is the second time Nicci has done my hair and both times I have loved my results!! I get the deluxe wash, conditioner and hair cut. For the quality of service, the price is great!

I decided to mix it up and get my natural hair cut into a medium length bob and it turned out amazing! Nicci was professional and nice which made the experience very worth it. I will definitely be returning!!
