A couple who visited for a birthday celebration enjoyed a couples massage, which they described as one of the best they've had. However, they were disappointed to find that the pool was not heated and that the restrooms lacked body wash. The locker rooms and amenities were described as clean and nice. The spa's service and pool area were found to be slow, and the couple was unable to order a snack due to the long wait time. Additionally, the spa's policy of only allowing guests to use the facilities for an hour before and after their appointment, rather than all day, was noted as a drawback.
