About The Spa at The Crescent
The Spa at The Crescent offers a comprehensive wellness experience. Spanning 22,000 square feet, the renovated spa and fitness center features 16 treatment rooms, separate men's and women's lounges, a whirlpool with hot and cold plunge options, and relaxation rooms. Guests can also enjoy a nail salon with manicure and pedicure stations, a spa lounge, retail space, and a wellness center equipped with TechnoGym equipment and a Cryotherapy chamber. The spa's staff is known for their exceptional customer service, with guests praising their kindness and helpfulness, especially when booking appointments. Many visitors have enjoyed the massages, rating them as excellent, with some describing them as a perfect 10/10 and highly recommending booking again. However, there have been some issues reported with the nail salon. One guest shared a disappointing experience where they booked a manicure but received a pedicure instead. The technician insisted they had booked a pedicure, and despite confirming multiple times, the guest received the wrong service. The quality of the manicure was poor, with crooked and jagged nails, and excess nail polish needing cleaning afterward. The front desk staff apologized and offered a 20% discount, but the overall impression was that the nail salon may not be worth the price, especially considering other options available nearby. Additionally, a couple's massage experience was highly praised, with therapists being described as lovely, sweet, and making guests feel very welcome. The amenities, including the pool, were enjoyed by some, though others noted limitations. One expectant mother was disappointed to learn upon arrival that the pool, which was advertised on the website as available to spa members, was only accessible to hotel guests. She found this misleading and was upset after paying $245 for a prenatal massage, as she could not enjoy the amenities she expected. While the massage services are consistently praised, some amenities have experienced issues such as malfunctioning hot tubs, steam rooms needing attention, and clogged drains. The management has been proactive in addressing customer feedback, including offering refunds when amenities do not meet expectations. Overall, The Spa at The Crescent offers a relaxing environment with attentive staff, though some services and amenities may vary in quality.
From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and cared for. Veronica and Thania were incredibly kind and professional at check-in, making the whole process smooth and helping me get comfortably settled into the spa. Their warmth set the tone for a wonderful experience.
Lan was absolutely exceptional with my Hydrafacial. Her expertise, attention to detail, and gentle touch made it one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. My skin felt instantly refreshed, radiant, and renewed. If you’re looking for any type of facial treatment, make sure you ask for Lan — she is truly outstanding.

Josh is the most incredible massage therapist...no exaggeration. He was able to tackle knots/tension without being overly aggressive. If you're looking for someone who loves their craft and does it well, Josh will not disappoint.
Massages are great, 10/10 absolutely loved it. I will book again!
The nail salon however, not great. I went in today for my nail appointment expecting to get a manicure because that's what I booked, but the nail tech insisted I booked a pedicure. I asked her several times to confirm but she just kept saying it was a pedicure that I booked. She insisted so much that I second guessed myself and thought I had booked a pedicure. I continue with the service because I'm already there and I wanted to treat myself. Well, not only did she give me the wrong service, but she did an awful job ? I was really disappointed. I booked this spa day as a gift to myself for my birthday...read full review
