AMAZING Service and TEAM!!! …we had the same company for almost 10 years and decided to change - we were so lucky to find Cleaning Authority!!! Wonderful communication, incredible work and service and even an APP to make it so efficient! Highly highly recommend!!! The team today did such a WONDERFUL job…so kind, so hardworking!!!! Loved the clean! They cleaned things that had probably never been cleaned before and left a nice sparkling house. Definitely worth the extra price charged for the first deep clean. The team was running quite late, so it would have been nice to get a phone call with an updated arrival time (they arrived 55 minutes after the scheduled time). I get that things like cleaning appointments before mine could run late, but a courtesy call would be good. We had some minor issues that I will discuss with the manager in order to make sure we're good for next time, but they were the kinds of things one would expect as a team gets used to your house.
