Very friendly and arrived on time. Didn’t speak very good English so that was kind of hard to navigate. Did an ok job with the cleaning. Noticed several areas were missed: bathroom floor, microwave, dust bunnies under furniture. There was no prior consultation to discuss what was requested or required. Over all it was a satisfactory job. She was very kind and sweet though.

The first two staff members that were sent out were horrible, but I was going to give them another shot. The second two that came out were fabulous! I have requested they be regulars, they were that good.
