I worked here for 5 years. The multifamily department has the worst and laziest superintendents. This place has superintendents that are lazier than any other company I've been at. They will under no circumstances get out of the office to do any necessary field work. They just let it stack up and wonder why their jobs go to losing money. It's ok for them to miss 3 weeks of work and lose the job money on their poor judgement , but if someone is legit out with a illness like the flu, they're quick to throw you under the bus. listen to others and definitely dont accept a job offer from them. This is a company which is going downhill because it's managed by people who have formed cliques within leadership.

The service this company provides is probably still of a high standard, however internally the company is a circus masked in their "core values". As an employee owned company, it's very clear that the people with the most shares have different ideas of how to run this company, and that's unfortunately for the worst.The culture they will tout online and through any orientation is just a front to get you to stay. The moment they think you don't provide any value, they will let you go with no warning with full approval from leadership and the employees with the most shares.If you are job hunting, it may be best to avoid working here if you can.
