I highly recommend Spenga. The instructors are wonderful. Everyone is kind and friendly. The equipment and facilities are clean. I can’t think of anything negative to say. Give it a try!
This is the best workout I’ve ever done! I love that I get cardio, strength and stretch all in one class. It’s challenging and fun! The staff at Spenga North Dallas/Richardson is friendly and knows everyone by name!
I'm a long time member at this Spenga location. The team here takes time to get to know you and about any modifications you might need for your workout based on ability, injury, etc. I've been a member of many different gyms/clubs over the years, and this is by far the most welcoming and inclusive environment. This location has a great culture and feels like a family.
