DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They did not show for their scheduled tree service appointment on 3/29/24. I spoke with Mr. Sosa on 3/23/24 and services were scheduled for the following Friday. Friday comes and he no-showed. When I messaged him, his response was "I forgot about it". He displayed poor organization and poor customer service. Contact Next Level Tree Services for all your tree trimming services and don't waste your time with Sosa Tree Services.
Highly recommend Sosa Tree Service! They came yesterday after I reached out via email for a quote, came the same day, quoted me more than $1k LESS than others, and are currently trimming/pruning 2 large Oak trees that hadn't been touched in YEARS. Friendly, fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. Found their information on Nextdoor and looked them up online. Will definitely be using them for future jobs.
Sosa and his team removed a HUGE tree and stump from my front lawn. We were given a very agreeable estimate and they were out the next morning. We watched the whole time and they seemed very careful and cleared away the debris after very well. We already have them lined up for more jobs for our yard. Very nice people to work with. I'm updating this review because we have had to call and text multiple times to find out why they didn't show up for the next job. They had to rescheduled for today if all was OK on their end. Had to call and text again to find out no one would be coming again. So basically they were going to let us waste two days waiting for no one to show...read full review
