I love this salon and I think they do a great job at fair prices. We moved here in August and I tried several before I found Sofia‘s. The ladies who work here are polite and professional. Everything is very clean. They are well trained and speak English. They know what they are doing and make great color recommendations. They listen to what you want and even though they are busy can generally fit you in. Although I *highly* recommend making an appointment because they are so popular.Services: Pedicures
Wow. I was sending Sophia's salon info to a friend and saw my review from 12 years ago. Some things don't change. Still the best nail salon I've ever been to!!! Only difference between then and now is that I do the dip nails. Aside from the one time I slammed my nail in the car door, my dip lasts 3+ weeks with no issues. And they look very natural versus other places that are super thick and break.
I have been to Sophia's many times in the past. Before it used to be great service and a great manicure. Now because it's too busy and they take on way too many walk ins, both the service and the quality have declined. My tech didn't even finish taking off my former nail polish before she started and took no pride in her work. Her focus was on speed, which if you've ever had a dip manicure before you know it's not a quick process. She cut my cuticles to the point that they were bleeding on two of my fingers. They weren't very apologetic and even tried to blame me for my dry skin and not that my nail tech was manically trying to get the job done. You can see where the glob of nail polish is on my fingernail instead of blending into it. There's plenty of other places on lovers to get your nails done, and I will not be returning.
