I am a returning customer.Though it had been several years since I had SolSolutions installed gutters and guards, I was pleasantly surprised that Greg remembered me and was eager to help me replace a picture window that was broken. I had tried to work with the company that had installed the window originally but I couldn't even get a bid. After over a month. of frustration, I realized that SolSolutions replaced windows and doors, so I called and Greg was out within days. He did inform me that it would be a couple of weeks for a bid due to the manufacturer. I got the bid when expected. I got a better window at a lower price. Greg (owner) along with his crew were very friendly and knowledgeable and the crew took the time to make sure everything was installed and working properly along with answering my questions. I had them install 10 windows around the house and a front door and french doors on the back of the house. The transformation from the old to the new is nothing less than magnificent. Highly recommend

We hired Sol Solutions to replace 3 large custom size windows in our home. Greg (the owner) was able to meet with us quickly to talk through what we wanted and then worked with us to get the best windows possible for our needs. He was very up front with us as to the long lead time, and heupdated us when we were about a month out without us having to chase him down like we had with a previous experience at Lowe’s. His timing was very close to what he estimated. Greg gave us a date and a window, and the installers showed up just as he said. They were professional, efficient and very clean.
