I recently had my device repaired at SewellTech, and the entire experience was excellent. Scheduling the appointment through Apple Support was super easy and hassle-free. When I arrived at the store, there was no wait time at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The team was professional, and the repair was completed right on time, just as promised. I couldn’t be happier with the service and efficiency. Highly recommend SewellTech for any tech repairs!

I was in trouble when massive storms hit our area, all of the electricity was out and my internet, as well. Electric came back quickly but not my internet. It was off for over 3 months! I met with one of their manager, Trey, who spent 4+ hours (I listened in with Sewell Tech) with AT&T. I left with instructions from AT&T. Sadly AT&T instructions didn't work. But I keep trying. I stayed in touch with Sewelltech who guided and gave me good advice. But this time it was in the hands of AT&T. My emails were finally fixed at the end of August (3 months!!). Sewelltech keep in touch with me and have gave great advice. Reputable company!!
I will never take any of my Apple devices anywhere other than Swelltech. They are superlatively professional, responsive, competent, and courteous. If your Apple device needs repair - especially if it is covered by AppleCare - take it to Swelltech.
