Located conveniently in Hillside Village Shopping center at the corner of Mockingbird & Abrams in Lakewood, SESSION Pilates offers a full body and mind experience and connects you to movement. Music-driven, and using the Allegro 2 Pilates reformer, you'll increase your heart rate and desired physique, but also you will experience 50-minutes of checking out of your day and into your body. No experience required, just non-slip socks. Are you ready for your SESSION?
