It was difficult to assess the competence and integrity of the Dr. because she was so scared that my nose would kill her. She was obsessed with my mask covering my nose and she wouldn't come around to pull the eye machine away because my uncovered nose might kill her. I did what she said to make her feel safe and I was polite but irrational doctors are a scary thing.
