In 2018, my roof was incorrectly installed and the old contractor bailed out on us and wouldn't fix our problem.I was referred to Restructure Corp / Jim Guerra by a close friend of mine, who had extremely high remarks of Jim which encouraged me to give Jim a call immediately.Jim came out within 1-2 hours and immediately understood the problem for the leaks. We had a nasty hail storm in Allen back in April 2019. I approached Jim Guerra immediately for a roof inspection. He did our roof back in 2014 and I was very impressed with his work and honesty so did not think of anyone else for this job. He guided us through the process all through and helped us submit the claim and followed up closely until the job is done. I can't say enough about his approach to solving the customer issues. He is very professional, courteous and has a very amicable personality. Him and his crew did a fabulous job this time as well.
