Working with Reap, this was the first agency I'd been at where the management and sales team genuinely seemed concerned for finding a solution for clients FIRST rather than selling preset packages or meeting quotas and THEN finding a solution, maybe. It was a very refreshing experience. This agency was also much more transparent and open with all of the staff than the previous ones I'd been at. Whether the times were bountiful and packed or lean and slack, the management team was open about the struggles and the successes - you never got the feeling of being blindsided by something. With Reap, we were able to come up with real solutions to client issues and push to have them pursued, and when they were adopted by clients, the successes could be spectacular. I enjoyed the work I did while there and feel like I had a lasting impact on the company and culture.
