We used Ramirez body shop on 9/13/24. We had traveled to Dallas from out of town for an event, and my fuel pump went out as soon as we got to town. The mechanics were phenomenal. They got my car in quickly, they were incredibly kind and communicated well. The issues come after. Upon leaving Dallas the next day to drive home, a check engine light came on. My car also started pouring gasoline from below it. We managed to make it back to Tulsa and get the vehicle into our mechanic. Although car problems are stressful and tiring, Alex and his team did an excellent job in addressing every concern, even after repairs were made, they followed up with me and went above and beyond to ensure my car was running smoothly! Will always recommend this team!! Thank you!!!
I wanted to share how great the service is at Ramirez Body, in the last year I had car repainted to freshen up the look. I had another cars hood repaired from storm damage. Lastly I’ve had my mother in law’s vehicle in for some service and repairs to its suspension. The staff always kept me informed with updates and the quotes were always what was discussed in the beginning. I will continue to use Ramirez Body Shop for all my vehicles needs.
