Preston Royal Animal Clinic is one of the best vet clinics. Our pets are always excited to see the ladies at the front desk. They are excited to see our pets calling them by name gives our team the royal treatment. (Which is always what you need for your four-legged pets. Then, once in the room, Dr. Thomas and her techs have our pups' best interests and keep us informed. She lets us know all the options for their health and is honest about what we should do. It's an easy choice to take our family members to Preston Royal Animal Clinic

This review is long overdue, only because I struggled to find the right words to fully express just how exceptional Dr. Thomas is. She is not only caring and compassionate but also incredibly knowledgeable. When my 12-year-old dog, Sophie, was diagnosed with diabetes shortly after I moved to Dallas, I didn’t yet have a vet and had to find one quickly. After trying several other vets, I finally found Dr. Thomas, and I truly believe she saved Sophie's life while also giving her a wonderful quality of life during the additional years we had together.

Dog was brought in after a recommendation from a friend. German Shepherd with an injured front leg. Xrays were done, skin issues and ear issues were addressed. Vet recommended having a radiologist review the films. Was told that I would receive a followup call to inform me of the problems and check on the dogs recovery. 4 days after the visit, I did receive a call back concerning the xrays. This was after several calls to the clinic. There are still questions that have not been answered and we are at day 6 post visit.
