for me it's the relationship with the doctor. with that being said my original doctor has since left prior to my most recent visits however I was introduced to Dr Brooke whom I'm happy to say I would have been just as happy if she had been The doctor the entire time I've been coming to Preston Road. you guys have a wonderful staff and it's an absolute pleasure to come visit.
Preston rd animal hospital is the best vet I’ve ever taken my cat Bruce to. Dr. Julie is so thorough and detail oriented, and they follow up after the appointment.
My cat’s health took a severe downturn and it’s been one weird symptom after another weird symptom for weeks. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and proactive, and they addressed every single symptom he had. After taking him to many other vets, this place is the only one that truly stuck out.
We are now taking our 3rd round of dogs here after almost 30 years. Dr Sue Chastain and her entire staff have always been loving and caring. All of our dogs have lived much longer than projected life times, including when there was serious disease or illnesses. Dr Sue and Dr Julie are so committed to their work and love their jobs and all their furry patients. We recommend them so highly if you are looking for expertise, compassion and the best care for your animals. They also have two locations Dallas and McKinney.
