Pediatrics at Campbell Center

I had a disappointing experience at Pediatrics at Campbell Center on 3/5/2025. The nurse assisting us, Ms. Victoria Moya was very unprofessional, insensitive and lacked compassion. She seemed disinterested in helping and was dismissive when I tried resolving the situation surrounding my child’s care. A healthcare setting should provide kindness and patience, but unfortunately, that was not our experience with this individual. HOWEVER I would like to highly note that Ms. Tasha, who works the front desk completely overshadowed Ms. Moya’s behavior with her sincerity and compassion for patient care. We love going to this office. We see Dr.Moore and he is always kind to me and my son. He has definitely calmed me down in some moments I have had as a new mom. Very patient!! He works with Baylor and came to see us the day after our delivery in the hospital which was nice and comforting. The front desk and nurses are also great and seem to really enjoy helping their patients. Easy location to get too also!

Love dr Moore and dr Roberts. We see dr Moore regularly and dr Roberts when he is unavailable. We get appointments easily and recently needed records for my son's daycare and they provided it to us within minutes. Their office hours are not very long but they have an after hours service for emergencies or sick questions which is helpful.
