Just moved here from out of state. I am a frequent tanner/membership holder. Called here to inquire about the free 1 time trial tan for new clients. Walk over, first try to sell me on the highest level package to include level 5 I only want the $69 package but need to try the bed first after I give my info and I’m told if I don’t buy lotion or use lotion to tan that the first 3 minutes the UV bounces off you so the first 3 minutes won’t tan you. Okay I’ve been tanning for over 15 years again I am not new at this. Then she tells me she can only put me in for 6 minutes but you just told me the first 3 minutes won’t do anything without lotion. Carolyn's Review.....................I loved the location off of 1855 Payne Street, Dallas, Texas and the corner of Akard Street, Dallas, Texas. . The staff was very informative. Specifically Mya! If you are in need of anything, memberships, tanning lotion, or have any questions at all. Mya is the "go-to"! You won't be disappointed. It's clean. It is well organized. The energy in this location is calm and joyful. Their different lines of tanning lotion are AMAZING! Specifically their "Amethyst" line. Not a great location. The beds are always down, have lights out. And recently they close early with no sign on the door stating they will be closing early. So I have shown up several times 1-2 hours before closing and the doors are locked.
