2nd Update: The manager has called me and addressed the issues! They will do better training to prevent these from happening. Hope they treat future clients in a more compassionate way.
Update: If you struggle with doing home exercises consistently, please consider not coming here. I was trying to restart after a busy semester, and I was called as “non-compliant” over the phone.The very first time in my life. That was a shock.

I just completed my final session at OneRehab, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Diamond. Over the past two months, she worked with me on my arm recovery and helped me fully regain my arm strength and functionality, something I honestly wasn’t sure would happen so smoothly.
Diamond is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and intentional in everything she does. She took the time to understand my goals, adjusted treatment as I progressed, and made every session both productive and encouraging. On top of that, she was an absolute joy to work with, positive, motivating, and genuinely invested in my recovery.

Absolutely love this place! Diamond helped resolve issues that caused me **YEARS** of debilitating pain (which i am no longer in) and everyone is so nice :’) (big shout out to Marisa at the front desk too 👉😎👉)
