I was very happy with my granddaughters meet and greet with her pediatrician. The location is near by (it's in a residential area). The decor is so cute, stylish and makes you feel homie. The receptionist, was friendly and helpful. We didn't wait too long before the nurse called us back to get her checked in. I think Dr Glasow loves her job and will be a perfect addition to our support team. She share resources and ensured my daughter knew they were available if she needed any assistance and that she is not alone, she is apart of their village. We highly, highly recommend Oak Cliff Pediatrics! From the receptionists to the care providers, we receive exceptional service every time (and we never have to wait longer than 10 min. to be seen). After moving to Dallas and needing to find a new pediatrician, Dr. Bacsik checks all of our boxes and then some. She goes above and beyond with her care and we absolutely love her! She has great bedside manner, listens to our concerns, addresses any questions we have, and remembers the smallest details. I'm so grateful we changed pediatricians. Dr. Glasow saw us yesterday, it was our first appointment and for the first time in 6 months (my baby age) We can say that we have found a pediatrician and I feel safe if something happens I know that we have the support of a great team. As a first time mom I can only say that my baby didn't stop smiling the entire time we were there and that was magical to me.
