My son & I have been visiting this office for years. Dr. Robertson & the staff are very professional. I have recommended him to friends & family. Looking forward to seeing them next year!
Dr Robertson and his staff are very professional, caring and friendly! They make you feel as if you are family. They always go far beyond! I needed the Tyrvaya for my very dry eyes. Brenda worked very hard dealing with the insurance companies until she was able to get the price down from $1,109.15 to $15.00. They work hard to help their patients. Best doctor and staff ever!! I live 3 hours away and it is very worth the drive. Will not go anywhere else!!
Pretty straightforward yet positive experience. Went in for an urgent matter relating a viral eye infection, was the only facility out of 8 to take my matter serious enough to find an opening to schedule me in a timely manner, despite me not being an existing patient. Receptionist was very kind, but also helpful in addressing all of my insurance related concerns (I have terrible insurance). The staff and the doctor were great. Didn't have to repeat myself 10 times with the same information, they seemed to communicate well amongst themselves. The doctor was thorough, and surprisingly welcomed me (by name) as I walked into the building for my follow up appt a few days... read full review
