I’ve really tried with this place numerous times despite my frustrations. Dr. Accordino was my first pediatrician I met at the hospital as a first time mom and she was great! I decided to stick with her! My biggest frustration is their insurances that they take ONLINE are never accurate! I’ve changed my insurance 4 times due to them continuously say they don’t accept it ONLY after I bring my son to his appointment.Then I don’t like the fact it’s always something I’m doing wrong with my child. Dr. Lori Accrodino is by far the the BEST doctor I have EVER encountered in my entire life. Never has any doctor themselves ( not the nurse) ever called to check on my children ( or myself) after they’ve been seen from an illness. Dr. Accrodino is incredibly smart, thorough, and compassionate. She LOVES her patients and doesn’t play. She treats them properly and is extra cautious “ just in case.” I am grateful to have found her to care for my 3 little ones. I wish she could be my adult doctor! I cannot speak enough about how amazing she is.
Front desk staff is the most arbitrary, unfitted and unreasonable for this type of job. This staff really need to be retrained and counseled about how to treat patients and the handling of adverse situation in the most professional and efficient manner. They are certainly not dealing with adults; this is the rendering of a medical services that goes directly to children. Their stern and harsh 15 minutes rule for late show up after appointment time it is very inconsistent with their timing for walking in and see patients after report to the lobby. In another word, like the old saying “practice what you preach”. It is unfair send home patients for being 15 min late... read full review
