Wonderful company to do business with. Jack was awesome. Very prompt in his responses to questions and went out of the way to help out. The crew did a great job and cleaned up very well. I found My Roof representative Jack to be extremely professional, patient, polite and experienced. My house roof was damaged due to the Hail Storm- Jack and Myroof team worked with the insurance company handled the entire process, they also worked with the HOA - it was totally painless process for me. Unfortunately, due to the family health issues and work travel I cancelled or delayed scheduling several times but Jack was always accommodating not once he showed frustration. Work was completed to my satisfaction, they were on time and got the work done in a timely fashion and cleaned up after the work was done.
