They did a great job of finding a leak outside the pool and were able to repair it. It was not an easy job. They had to cut through the concrete deck in 3 areas and dig deep down to the main drain water line. Repair of the deck looks much better than I expected.
Mr Pool Leak showed a commitment to getting repairs done to our satisfaction. They repaired our leak and did additional repairs on the pool coping and tile. The most challenging work was refinishing some pool deck areas where other contractors had previously done repairs but were left as unfinished concrete. Justin's crew worked with us to achieve an accurate match to the surrounding decking finish (coloring and texture) so they were no longer noticeable. We appreciate his commitment to getting the look right.
I had Mr. Pool Leak Repair come out for an initial leak test. I needed new seals that they took care of and also found some plumbing that needed repaired. They did a great job for me.
