MJ Air Conditioning was outstanding from start to finish. They came out, provided three different options, and took the time to clearly explain the pros and cons of each so I could make an informed decision.
I went with their recommendation, and they were back the very next day to install the new A/C. During the install, they ran into a few unexpected issues, but handled everything the right way, kept me informed, asked for my input, and made recommendations based on what was best for me as the homeowner, not what was easiest for them.

I have used this company to install 2 complete units in two different homes that I own. I have also used them for 2 other significant repairs at yet another home. The most outstanding thing I can say about this company is that the customer service is SUPERB. My calls and texts have always been addressed in a timely matter. I have never had to be without air or heat for more than 24 hours. Even just lately I texted the owner on Sunday with an issue and he responded that very day and then was able to work me in to his Monday schedule.
