Florencio was awesome. He arrived right on time and was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. He gave us solid advice on which repairs could wait and which were critical and offered to sign us up for the loyalty program to save us over a thousand dollars after we already agreed to the price of the repairs. Honest and helpful Milestone representative.
I called Milestone because I wanted someone that had a good business presence. I felt I could trust this. I was right, my issue was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Devon was very professional and really gave me all of my options and explained the advantage program, which I signed up for. It really is a great deal. I love that they do everything. I am a lifetime customer now.
Zach came the very next day, had all necessary parts, and did a beautiful job. He assessed all my plumbing areas and let me know about some issues he spotted. He’s friendly, professional, knowledgeable and so helpful.
