Had a bit of a mixup with what AI booked (a plumber and not an HVAC specialist) which was going to result in extra charges. Technician worked with his manager and honored the original quote, which I appreciated. Got the HVAC drain unclogged quickly.
Tre S. was the hvac technician that came to do a tune-up on my units and he was such a pleasure to have. He was polite, knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself and really made sure I understood my units and how to best maintain them between tune-ups. I’ve used Milestone for many things from plumbing, electrical and hvac and all the techs have been top notch but I really enjoyed how die. To earth and kind Tre was. He’s an asset to Milestone; a hard worker with customer service skills!
