My dog ate something she shouldn’t have the other day and I was pretty concerned, I had never been here before but gave them a call, and the staff at metro paws was just amazing! They eased my concerns and, unlike other vets I’ve been to before, were very clearly not out for money. I brought my dog in just to be on the safe side, without making any appointment, and they were very very kind and considerate. The vet here is absolutely amazing. They texted me the next day to check in and make sure my dog was doing okay, which meant so much to me!
MetroPaws got my puppy girl in the next morning & they were nearly the kindest, most compassionate group of people Ive come across in DFW. They TRULY care about my furbabies & they're more than willing to help in any way possible. I couldn't possibly recommend them any more!!!
It was my first time coming to the clinic, making an appointment was quick and easy. Prices are reasonable. The staff was wonderful and understanding. The visit was for our pet bunny, process to be examined was quick. Upon hearing bad news, the vet explained everything. They tried everything to make things comfortable. I can’t describe how grateful we are to the staff members that help through the lost of our little Munchy. One of the staff even walked us out to the car, made sure we were okay. I would highly recommend this clinic.
