I scheduled a same time day service call. Chris arrived on time on plug a backed-up drain in my shower. He gave me a recommendation for how to prevent the problem in the future. Their pricing model is honorable. Pay for the work that is completed versus by the hour. I would highly recommend Metro Flow Plumbing!

Despite Labor Day holiday, Metro Flow responded very quickly and gladly came to solve a lean in water main to the house resulting to turn off the water. They provided excellent service and job well rebuilding main connections / pipes into the house, water heater, and outdoor spigot and get the water back on that same afternoon. Due to the leak it was a tough, hot, muddy job and Chris B and Jayden N worked diligently to complete the work. They were both very friendly and professional throughout.
