Went with a tiny baby half syringe just to understand the process - Bonnie made me feel so comfortable and was super patient with me, even when I had a teensy panic. Ended up coming back to see her a few months later for a full syringe! They are looking so beautiful, so natural, it’s exactly what I wanted!! We ended up not using the whole syringe because she didn’t want to overfill, so ladies trust that she will not just keep filling and filling she will keep it real with you. They use the Motus AZ+ laser, which provides completely pain-free hair removal that is suitable for all skin colors/types. They aren't kidding about it being pain-free and even after one session I saw significant results. TL;DR: Highly recommend Charette for laser hair removal! Shine is a fantastic technician and the pain-free laser is incredible!“

Dr. Nydjia Lawrence was AMAZING on so many levels. I felt advocated for and she was so nice, personable, and answered all of my questions. As a black woman, it’s been difficult to trust the medical industry to do me right. She did me right- point, blank, period. She even asked a few questions herself- which is uncommon in a lot of doctors and nurses these days beyond the mandatory questions.
They worked with me in terms of my schedule and my insurance coverage. They even taught me about how to advocate for myself further in my medical experience.

“There is a REASON why D'Allure has a 5 star rating. Brandy is such a queen/lovely to be around and is an absolute perfectionist (in a good way). She helped with my facial scarring that another medspa caused and I couldn't be more happier to have my confidence back. I had six microneedling treatments with her and even though the procedure itself is a little uncomfortable (per the usual for deeper scarring) it was always a pleasure to come see her and knowing that I saw results every single time afterwards. I used to hate showing my face to anyone but she really smoothed my skin out so much and I feel so much better. She is genuinely caring and knowledgeable and I recommend her to everyone.
