The guys are always on schedule and super responsive to special needs. Last week, 2/15/24, they had three technicians show up to deal with a carpenter ant problem that flared up. They treated the walls, wood work, and even went on the roof to treat the problem area.
MASSEY SERVICES does excellent work. Everyone that has performed work in our home have all been friendly, courteous and professional. A big shout out to Brian, David and Kyle. These folks are all top shelf!
On a recent regularly scheduled service call, technician Juan Zamora, provided excellent service beginning with a call the evening before to let us know when to expect his arrival. And, when he arrived, he rang the doorbell to let us know he was here to begin servicing our home, and subsequently left a door tag informing us of the services that had been performed. While this level of service is what we should always expect from Massey Services, Inc., this has not been the case as of late.
