Really great response and service! Called for an emergency flood in my house, they had a crew free and sent right over! Crew was extremely professional and even educated us on how to prevent this from happening again. Really great team and will absolutely be using them in the future and recommending!

Mai Plumbing has the kind of great customer service you rarely see these days. Big jobs (a service line/pipe in the front yard) or small (a broken spigot), they are courteous, professional, prompt, and reasonable. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

I never write reviews. Hot water heater repair was fast & reasonably priced. Did not try to “upsell” us to a new unit. Had a minor unrelated issue a month later, and a plumber talked me thru that on phone in 5 minutes and it was fixed at no charge.Service: Water heater repair
