A couple months ago I came in with a firmware locked Device that my kids put in a password and forgot SK explain me the whole process of the uefi/bios and firmware. He then reprogrammed the firmware and put in a new firmware system, and the laptop was working like brand new.Recently, I had my NAS SYSTEM go down that SK was very helpful on recovering all my important data on my Seagate Barracuda drives because of a power surge. Thanks to SK, and macrogeeks team!
MacroGeek needs six or seven stars as far as my experience is concerned. I am not computer literate and have difficulty understanding procedures. However. I did not get a sense of impatience or frustration at any time. Even though my questions were unceasing, K.S. Was an example of how to deal with a person who has no skill with technology. SK helped me recover my data from my damaged hard disk that I dropped, I had family photos and videos that were very important of my kids and grandkids. He sat down with me and explained to me everything, how hard disk works, how he recovers the data and taught me how to keep data safe. He also told me to backup my data and walked me over the process to make multiple backups so I don't lose my data again.
