Decent tanning beds, but awful customer service. 50% of the time I go in it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get me checked in. 90% of the time I have to put clothes and go back out to go ask the front desk to start the bed. Then today I go during regular business hours to see a sign outside that says “ power outage closed until further notice“ while the girl is inside, is vacuuming the floor, and all the tanning beds I could see were lit up. She saw me, the door was locked, did not acknowledge me, or come speak to me as to when they should be back open. When I pay $70 a month for a tanning membership I expect very good customer service and I am not receiving it.

This is my favorite tanning salon that I’ve been to because of the selection and customer service. The gentleman that works here knows how to deliver excellent customer service. He’s always courteous, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Update: Looks like Upper Management listened to the reviews and loss of customers and corrected what was wrong with this location. The rude, unprofessional manager and her staff are gone. New management and staff are super friendly and professional. She has updated the look of the interior of the location and it looks great. Also, all the drying sessions are back for spay tanning so you do get out a wet mess. So, if you left disgruntled like I was going to do, come back and give it another try.
