The research that went into deciding which studio to practice at while visiting from OKC was intense! There are so many options in Dallas and each has their own offering and vibe. My boyfriend and I ended up choosing Lotus based on proximity to where we were staying (Lower Greenville) and because they have an unbeatable introductory offer of 7 days for $7. Literally cannot be beat anywhere in the city or perhaps the globe lol. We made it out for the Saturday and Sunday morning classes which that weekend were taught by instructors filling in for the usual staff. Best yoga in Dallas! Teachers are kind and welcoming. I have improved my alignment, strength, and flexibility from attending Lotus classes and look forward to seeing Jen every week. Highly recommend!
