Made an appointment online. Got in and it was a quick wait less than if I went to their PCP. We were seen and out in a good amount of time you are able to see your spot on the waitlist. And it was clean and nice inside. Staff was good!
Staff was super friendly! Ladies in the front were chatty and smiling while talking with them, even when I had tricare questions/issues. The nurse that saw my daughter was thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. We got there when they opened and were in and out within an hour.
Brought my toddler here at 8pm on 11/14/23 & was checked in immediately, the wait to see the provider was also quick. (Loved it.) From the front desk receptionist, to triage and to the provider; everything was smooth and everyone was so friendly and professional. Thank you guys!
