I was 38 when I got my first tattoo. This is the best thing about aging for a lot of us: the older you get, the easier it is to be and to like yourself. Bri helped me finally start to fill in some missing pieces that a younger version of me didn't have the guts to express. I reached out to her two summers ago because she seemed like an accomplished and talented artist, based on samples of her work I'd seen on Instagram, and because her shop website describes Lady Magnolia as a welcoming and comfortable place that emphasizes respect, especially for women. Myself and my friends have been back repeatedly to be pierced by Angel. After going with my friends for them to get piercings and seeing just how sweet, knowledgeable, and caring Angel is I went back for myself and recently went back to downsize my jewelry.
This piercing has healed the easiest of any piercing I’ve ever gotten and it’s thanks to her knowledge, detailed care instructions and just listening to what she told me to do. I am so happy with the result and have been recommending her to everyone talking about getting new piercings.
